    I have no idea what all these negative reviews are, or yelpers reporting this business closed but it is not closed and I had great service. I got an email a day or two after submitting my order confirming shipping. received my shoes less than 3 days later (I'm in texas), opened the package up and they are the correct shoe, correct size and in new condition. I have ran in them twice already and I got them less than a week ago. they were even final sale, clearance items. :) I definitely will purchase from joes again.

    Myy family has ordered from Joe's and so far have had NO bad experiences. No mismatched sizes, no clothing issues. I do wish they would have free returns. But I would recommend.
